- Repeated inappropriate jokes or comments about 性 or 性别 specific traits
- Conduct that is demeaning or derisive and occurs substantially because of one’s 性别
- Sexual assault/性ual violence/rape
- Dating assault/dating violence/domestic violence
- Gender based disparate treatment
